PACS2 is a virtual, composite genome assembly created from the combining of shotgun sequence reads from two clonally paired isolates collected at 6 months and 96 months from a single cystic fibrosis patient. The PACS2 sequence reflects that of the early isolate, where differences were detected between the two isolates. |
